ALL OF THEM! <BR/><BR/>And that's where I found it, on an auction site -- and it was already sold. (Bummer.) I had never seen that image before, but I'm assuming that's on of Berkey's illustrations. Which means the reason it probably wasn't used domestically was because there was no way they could paste on that standard "roaring Kong" head onto it. Sad.W.B.
