  1. For sure, I don't know. But if I had to guess, I'd say Robert Siodmak's COBRA WOMAN (1944) would be a good place to start.

  2. The color is too sharp (and the dancer's outfit too skimpy!) for the 1940s!

    I actually did just hunt it down thanks to IMDB keyword search for "cobra". It's 1959's The Bengal Tiger by director Fritz Lang(!) Here's another clip I found on YouTube.
